Patty Weaver joined the Third Road Management team in 2016 and serves as our Vice President of Finance. In her role as VP of Finance, Patty is responsible for all internal accounting and human resource operations at Third Road.
Before joining Third Road Management, Patty’s most recent accounting role was serving as a consolidations supervisor at R.R. Donnelley & Sons, where she was responsible for the monthly consolidation of 2 business entities totaling $2.5 billion in net sales and providing critical review and analysis to management for decision making purposes.
Prior to R.R. Donnelley & Sons, Patty worked in the consolidations accounting groups at Ritchie Capital Management and The Hull Group.
Patty began her career at Arthur Andersen LLP as an auditor in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, and finished her time at Arthur Andersen in an internal role providing financial and human resource support to an industry segment comprised of 60 people located in five different cities.
Patty graduated from Marquette University in December 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the College of Business. She completed her CPA exam in 2007 and is currently a registered CPA with the state of Illinois. Patty is also a Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor. Patty happily resides in Glen Ellyn with her husband and their 2 children.
