Bill Fosgate joined Third Road Management in May 2020. Bill partners with clients to help provide them efficient and accurate reporting, financial audits, and accounting processes. He also provides project level support including, but not limited to, accounting system conversions, valuation analysis, and GAAP accounting treatment and analysis.
Prior to joining Third Road Management, Bill was employed by Reantage Corporate Services and its affiliated company, EQ Office/Equity Office Properties. While there, Bill led a team of professional accountants in overseeing $10 billion of commercial real estate investments. He supervised the financial reporting of these investments at an individual level and at a consolidated level, including audited financial statements, lender reporting, and internal reporting. He onboarded and offboarded stand-alone asset and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, including reviews of draft loan agreements and draft purchase and sale agreements.
Prior to Reantage Corporate Services, Bill worked with Equity Lifestyles as an operational accounting manager in Chicago, other affiliates of Equity Group Investments, and other real estate companies in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Bill graduated from Butler University in Indianapolis IN, his hometown, and relocated to Chicago to join the Equity Group Investments organization. He currently resides in Darien with his dog.
